Restaurant Fifteen

Fifteen Amsterdam is the Dutch restaurant of the British TV chef, Jamie Oliver. Every year fifteen young people with limited future prospects are chosen and trained to become catering professionals. This huge restaurant (200 seats) is set up in a former warehouse and serves Jamie’s modern Mediterranean dishes. For those who don’t want to go the whole hog, Fifteen’s Trattoria has a simpler menu of delights such as antipasti, risotto and desserts.
