C-Food

The area around Riemstraat used to be a fishmarket until 1958, but there isn't much left over from that period anymore. Until shortly there wasn't even a fish resturant in the neighbourhood, but C-Food changed that. In a traditional bistro décor you can enjoy photos of the old 'Fish Mine' and the 'Zuiderdokken'- now busy Vlaamse and Waalse Kaai streets, but then a harbour where ships with mussels, shrimp and fish embarked. The dishes are cooked in a very creative way and the fish is fresher than fresh. If you like your sea food, visit C-Food. It's as simple as that.
