On the 23d floor of the Okura Hotel is the chic Ciel Bleu. In this star restaurant one’s taste buds are seduced by unique French dishes from chef Onno Kokmeijer. Using regional ingredients, again and again he creates amazingly delicious dishes such as beet canneloni with lobster or turbot filet with pata negra.
