Gnüsserei

The restaurant is located in the former foundry building "Puls 5" in the trendy Zürich-West quarter. An over one-hundred-year-old shaft furnace stands in the middle of the restaurant like an enormous sculpture. Enjoy both, the well-known and unusual Swiss delicacies, made of almost exclusively indigenous ingredients. There is a large selection of first-class wines from all over the world, with the emphasis on mature Bordeaux wines.
