Cityzen

This restaurant in the trendy South district of Antwerp -as you're eating you are looking at the statue of the legendary Marnix of St Aldegonde, a famous Protestant who was allied to William of Orange and allegedly wrote the Dutch national anthem- is being run by a company that has a number of other trendy eateries under its wing. Cityzen offers the hungry visitor an array of fusion kitchen and world food. Think Thai chicken curry, pasta, dim sum, surprising salads and several amazing seafood dishes. The interior is as it should be: sleek and modern but without trying too hard. So you can't go wrong at Cityzen, even though the name of the place is a bit over the top.
