Former neighbourhood supermarket Sprmrkt (pronounced Supermarket) on the Rozengracht has a collection of unusually hip things. Mostly it is clothing (Acne, Day, Levi’s Red) but there is also vintage furniture and beautiful books. At the back of this huge space is a ‘shop-within-a-shop’ called Spr+ (super plus) with very exclusive fashion items by well-known designers such as Maison Martin Margiela and Ricky Owens as well as great pieces by unknown names. They carry unique designs with lovely fabrics at a slightly above-average price.
