Haus Hiltl

Opened in 1898 by Ambrosium Hiltl and fully renovated in the intervening period, this vegetarian restaurant is a mecca for all lovers of vegetarian cuisine. Feast on the city's largest salad buffet with over 40 varieties, an Indian buffet and freshly pressed fruit juices. There's also a bar, café, confectionery, cooking school, store and take-away.
