Chocolate factory

Vienna is a Mecca for chocolate lovers. Sweet treats are hand-crafted in small factories like in the new Xocolat Factory. Visitors attend special workshops, where they make their own chocolate confectionery and desserts to nibble on. If you prefer just to watch what's going on, you can look over the chocolate maker's shoulder at the factory in the Serviten Quarter in the 9th district and buy the chocolate candies right away. Refined truffle varieties and chocolate sticks with occasionally daring ingredients such as onion are created here by hand. The master's favorite is currently a Japanese fruit called yuzu, which he is experimenting with a lot.
