Park Spoor Noord

Park Spoor Noord is a brand new park in the city centre. The development of the area was approached as a contemporary, sustainable and expansive urban landscape park, emphasizing nature, light, space, relaxation, culture, sports and events. The first part of the park, situated between the Eilandje, Antwerpen-Dam and the Seefhoek district, was opened to the general public on 25 May 2008. The western section of the park includes a number of play areas, a bmx and a skate park, as well as a multifunctional shelter currently accommodating the summer terrace of bar Cargo. You’ll be pleased to discover ample space to play, sunbathe or practice sports; in fact to simply enjoy Antwerp's new green lung.
