Mmm...A new edition of VLC Restaurant Week

The fourth edition of Valencia Cuina Oberta Restaurant Week is under preparation and will be served between 14th and 20th February.

Many of the city’s restaurants will offer their very best lunchtime and dinner proposals at set prices. This event, aimed at the most discerning palates, was first launched three years ago. Each subsequent edition has seen an increase in the number of restaurants wishing to draw attention to their creative cuisine and has helped to raise awareness of a city with a gastronomic tradition that extends beyond the famous paella to include a wide range of innovative chefs and styles.
