De Culinaire Werkplaats is a novel eating initiative & experience located opposite Amsterdam's culture park Westergasfabriek. Being a blend of a design studio and a restaurant for contemporary food and eating concepts, they create contemporary dishes, snacks, bites, delicatessen, new foods and sometimes even new ways of eating. 

What you can do at De Culinaire Werkplaats?

- eat à la carte in an informal setting or make use of the take away service 

- shop and buy from the ready-to-eat collection, ‘green’ pastry or order tailor-made emotion breads 

- learn about contemporary cooking by participating 

- Book the location for events that require an out of the box setting and/or eating experience, such as brainstorms, product launches, weddings and press events.
