Antwerp, the European Youth Capital

This year Antwerp can proudly call itself the European Youth Capital. The European Youth Council awarded the title to Antwerp on the basis of it strong offer, historical setting with vibrant atmosphere and lively academic life linked to a very creative vibe. The emphasis of the project is to create creative spaces for children, teenagers and young people during the Youth Year 2011 and beyond.
