Noordermarkt: Apple Pie, Vintage & Farmers

One of the trendiest markets of Amsterdam right in the centre of the Jordaan neighborhood: the Noordermarkt. The charming Noordermarkt hosts a flea market on Mondays (9am-2pm), where you can expect to find interesting furniture, second-hand clothes, books and other antiques. Make sure you get there on time; the early bird catches the best vintage item!

On Saturdays the same spot becomes a foodies haven. From 9am till 5 pm, an organic farmers market is held and food lovers will come across many gastronomic delights.

A must do during your visit: order a slice of the ‘best apple pie of Amsterdam’ at Café Winkel. Their homemade apple pie became a well know delicacy in Amsterdam, therefore tasting a slice is considered a must!
