The Floating Dutchman, a boat or a bus?

It's a boat, it's a bus... it's the Floating Dutchman! Boat company Rederij Lovers launched Amsterdam's very own amphibious bus on 8 July 2011. Travellers with a layover at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol can now experience Amsterdam 'with a splash'.

Amsterdam is famous for its picturesque canals. Now, daytrippers with a tight schedule or travellers with a long layover at the airport can experience Amsterdam in a very original way! The tour takes you right through the city centre and along some of Amsterdam's most spectacular sights.
