Book now for VLC Cuina Oberta–Restaurant Week
You can now book your table for Valencia Cuina Oberta Restaurant Week, one of the most eagerly awaited culinary events of the year. This edition, to be held from 21 to 27 November, is the fifth to satisfy even the most demanding palates at very reasonable prices.
Together with old favourites from previous editions such as Riff, Casa Montaña, Seu Xerea, El Alto de Colón and Alejandro del Toro, this time round the award winning chef Rafa Morales will be taking part with his restaurant in Hotel Las Arenas. There will also be new restaurants in the Valencian countryside, such as La Mozaira, Mas de Canicatti and La Alquería del Pí, and restaurants like L’Eriço with beach front settings. All of them will be offering their culinary creations for €20 at lunch time and €30 in the evening, not including drinks.
For this edition, a series of culinary activities has been organised, ranging from a demonstration from the renowned chef Raúl Aleixandre in a new edition of Chef al Mercat (Chef in the Market), to be held in the Central Market on 23 November, to culinary tours of the Hoya de Cadenas winery, a trip across the Albufera lake on a traditional albuferenc boat with paella included, or a cookery course with Valencia Cooking Club.
