The ideal way to discover Antwerp, if you want to cover larger distances and plan to venture outside of the city center, is by bike. And becasue you probably won't have your own bike with you, why not rent a citybike for the day? At De Windroos you can rent one for an hour or more, for the day, the weekend...prices vary from 3 euros for one hour up to 100 euros for a month. They also propose various bike routes here, such as a historical bike trip, the Belle Epoque or a trip to St. Anneke beach on the other side of the river Scheldt.
