Blühendes Konfekt - Edible Blooms
Roses, cherry blossoms and marigolds are just some of the ingredients used by Michael Diewald at Blühendes Konfekt. For over 10 years the self-taught Viennese has been enthusiastically collecting wild flowers with pretty blooms and turning them into candied pralines. The bonbon selections vary according to season and are available in packs of 6 or 12. Assortments include Send Me Roses, Spicy Flowers, Fleurs de Luxe and Wild Fruits. On Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 7 pm - the sweet-toothed can visit the showroom and watch how rose pelargonium, bladdernut flowers and cashews accentuate chocolate and marzipan. / Copyright: Mario Rott
