The 23rd floor of the Hotel Okura Amsterdam is literally the most delicious place to look out over the city. Here you can enjoy "haute cuisine" at the French Ciel Bleu restaurant (two Michelin stars). In the adjoining Twenty Third bar a wide range of cocktails is served and the drinks list offers an extensive selection of wines as well as 17 different champagnes.
