Sweepstakes begins at 5:01 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) November 3, 2009 and ends at 05:59 p.m. (ET) on March 1, 2010 ("Sweepstakes Period"). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Who may enter: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the contiguous United States, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry, and who have computer access, an e-mail address and Internet access as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of coolcapitals.com and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any others associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.
How to enter:
A) Visit the coolcapitals.com website during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online registration form with your first and last name, zip code, and e-mail address. Limit one entry per person. Limit one entry per e-mail address. Multiple entries from the same person or e-mail address are void.
B) Via the coolcapitals online competition banners the will run through multiple media outlets during the campaign period starting November 17, 2009 and ending February 28, 2010.
Winning: No later than three weeks after the stated competition end date an independent judge will select the prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners by registered mail and/or phone approximately one week after their selection. Judges' decisions are final. Limit one prize per person. The potential Prize Winners must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these rules to qualify for prize.
Odds of winning: Depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes: a flight and three nights in either Amsterdam, Antwerp, Zurich, Valencia or Vienna for two persons. A total of five prize winners will be selected (each winner to one of the cities).
Specific:
Flights: Two USA-Europe and Europe-USA economy class tickets. Valid flights operated from any major international US hub. Flights are subject to availability.
Hotel: Three nights at a luxury hotel in the center of the city. Hotels are subject to availability.
Total Approximate Retail Value of prize: 3000 USD per prize.
Actual values may vary based on seasonal fluctuations and booking date. Prize Winners and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. All travel must be completed by 12/31/10. Minors must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. All meals, gratuities, service charges, sales tax, ground transportation or other expenses not specified are the responsibility of the winner. All U.S. Customs fees, U.S. and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Claiming prizes: All Prize Winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability, and publicity release within 10 days after receipt of such forms. All travel companions of Prize Winners (or parent or legal guardian if companion is a minor) will be required to sign and return liability and publicity releases within 10 days after receipt of such forms. Tennessee residents need not sign publicity release. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the entrant cannot be contacted at the address on his or her entry form, or if notification is undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions. Acceptance of prize also constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information and/or likeness for Sponsor's promotional and/or advertising purposes without notice or compensation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes.
Conditions: All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, damaged, forged, incomplete, illegible, garbled, or postage-due mail/entries. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor not responsible for any:
(a) telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process entries;
(b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including inability to access the website, submit entries or other disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or
(c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Sweepstakes website, whether human, mechanical or electronic. If such malfunction, error, disruption or damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes by posting a notice at the booth. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine winners from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method.
